How To Return An Item
Please contact us here with your order number to start your return.
Returns Policy
We accept returns/exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Item(s) must be in original packaging
- Sale items may not be eligible for return
Delivery Timeframes
New Zealand: 4-7 business days from dispatchment. Please allow an extra 2 business days for rural addresses.
Australia: Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery to Australia.
